Functions:

     

 

¡ø   To exert the comprehensive functions of the Office. According to the central work of each term, to guarantee the communications among departments, to harmonize the relations and to undertake the inspections and supervisions.

¡ø   To undertake the secretarial job.

 

¡ø   To be in charge of the logistic safeguard job.

¡ø   To be in charge of the personnel, the salary management and the title evaluations.

¡ø   To be in charge of the party affairs and the jobs of the trade union, the youths and the women.

¡ø   To be in charge of organizing, harmonizing and arranging the reception work of important foreign activities.

¡ø   To be in charge of reporting the information to the leader and collecting the memorabilia of our council.
